What is your address?

What are your hours of operation?

We are open 9-5 Monday through Friday, and 9-12 on Saturday. We are closed Sunday.

Do you ship?

Yes, we ship via UPS. Orders are dropped off at UPS once a day at around 5:30pm and typically arrive to you the next day. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain time, however, as we cannot control UPS. Please plan accordingly.

Do you sell printed cups, magnets, bumper stickers or embroidered patches?

We only sell DTF transfers and UV raised patches for heat-pressing onto apparel, as well as UV stickers. Our stickers are durable enough to put on cups and car bumpers. We can print them with a raised texture similar to the feel of embroidery. Simply peel and stick. While they are not actual magnets or embroidered fabric, they look just as good and may be more affordable. Note: Cups with stickers on them are hand wash only.

What is your turnaround time? Do you offer same day printing?

DTF Prints: If your DTF order is placed before noon, it will be ready same day. Otherwise it will be ready next day.

UV Raised Patches: 24-48 hour turnaround. Minimum 12 patches per order.

UV Stickers: Sticker orders will be ready next day.

How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?

You will receive an email notification at the address you signed up with. We can also send you a text if you let us know your cell number.

If you order a combination of DTF prints, UV raised patches and/or UV stickers, you will only receive a notification when all parts of your order are ready for pickup.

When can I pick up my order?

We offer convenient 24-hour local pickup at our Monroe location. Use the side door if we're closed when you arrive.

I have an image I'd like printed. How do I know if the quality is good enough?

We suggest all images be 300 DPI with a transparent background in PNG or PDF format. Generally, the image will print exactly as you see it, so if it looks blurry or pixelated, assume it will print that way too. If you are unsure whether your images are good enough, send us an email with the files attached and we will double check them for you before you place your order. Can I ask you to fix my images before printing them?

It depends on the images. Some issues we can fix and others we cannot. Barn Transfers is not a graphic design studio, but we can refer you to a local graphic designer if you need one. Additionally, fixing images adds time to order fulfillment. You can avoid delays by providing high quality images.

Why are chunks of my image missing after I uploaded it to your site?

You probably clicked the button to remove the background from the image. Auto background removal is not always perfect. It may miss portions of the background or remove chunks of the image. The tool is nice to have when it works and you should give it a try, but please double-check the result to ensure it didn't mess up the image. It works best with clean, high quality images.

How much will I have to pay? Can I get a quote before placing my order?

When you use our gang sheet builder, the price is based on length. It costs 50 cents per inch and goes up in 12 inch increments. For example, a 36 inch sheet would cost $18. If you upload individual images by size, you will see the price of each image right there. If you are not sure what length gang sheet you need, simply choose the largest size (240"), then place all your images on the sheet, and shrink the sheet to remove extra space.

Do you sell t-shirts and other clothing?

Can I use AI image generators like ChatGPT or Gemini to create my images?

Yes, but we really do NOT recommend it. AI is not perfect. The images it creates are typically problematic. Expect to see people with six fingers and frequent spelling errors. We are unable to fix these issues for you. That said, if you already have an AI image you are happy with, we will gladly print it.

Do I need my own heat press or do you have one available to use?

We have a heat press here. You have the option to bring your shirts to us and we will press the images on for a small fee. It is $5 per design. The front of the shirt, back of the shirt, and sleeves count as different designs. For example, if you want an image on the front of a shirt and another on the back, the cost for heat pressing that shirt would be $10. That is separate from the cost of printing images. 

If I press the images myself, what heat settings should I use?

Use medium pressure for 7 seconds at 315°F / 158°C. For best results, press the shirt with no image first to remove any moisture. Then press on the image. Then peel off the film and do a third press just to be safe.

Do you offer free samples?

Yes we do. Simply add the free sample pack to your cart before placing your order.
